Woman Complains Of Heavy Headache, Then nurse Looks Closer & Immediately Runs Away

When 29-year-old Lisa Martinez arrived at Pine Valley Medical Center, she was already in considerable pain. For days, she had been suffering from a persistent headache that seemed to worsen with each passing hour. Convinced it was just a migraine, she hoped the medical staff could provide her with some relief.

A Routine Check Turns Chaotic

After filling out her intake forms, Lisa was taken to an examination room where a nurse, Sarah, entered to assess her condition. Lisa explained her symptoms, and the nurse began to take her vitals. However, as Sarah examined Lisa more closely, her expression changed from concern to horror.

“I was just trying to explain how I felt when I saw the nurse’s face drop,” Lisa recalled. “She looked pale and like she had seen a ghost.”

The Unexpected Revelation

As Sarah moved closer to Lisa, she noticed something alarming—a large, swollen bump on the back of Lisa’s head that had been hidden by her hair. It looked inflamed and was oozing a greenish substance. The sight was so shocking that Sarah instinctively stepped back and then ran out of the room to call for backup, fearing for both her safety and that of the patient.

A Surge of Medical Response

Within minutes, a team of doctors, including a neurosurgeon, rushed into the room. They were briefed by the panicked nurse and quickly assessed Lisa’s condition. It became clear that the swelling was not just a simple infection; it was a severe case of cerebral abscess, a collection of pus that can occur in the brain due to an infection or trauma.
